Sometimes you need info from your users. Actaully most of the time you do. Use a form. And when you do it should look a little something like this.
Standard Forms
Forms come in all shapes and sizes. We're not ready to give you all the code that you will need to make your forms. However, we can provide some very basic visual guidelines to help everyones forms look good.
Mobile Forms
Mobile forms take on a slightly different form. The main difference being that we go full width here to line things up nice and neat. Here, check it out.
